A cornerstone of MOAA Charities’ commitment to long-term opportunity is its Education Assistance Program, which invests in the academic success and future leadership of military-connected students. Designed to ease the financial burden of higher education, the program provides a combination of interest-free loans and need-based grants to eligible students who are children of active duty, Reserve, National Guard, or retired servicemembers.
