Transparency Documents

MOAA Charities Transparency Documents

To enhance transparency in our programs and fundraising practices, each year we release an Annual Report detailing our financial standings and disclosing the sources of our funding. Additionally, since 2019 we have published an Impact Report which highlights our programs and gives readers a behind the scenes look at the impact our charities have on the uniformed services community.

Annual Reports

Each year, the MOAA Scholarship Fund and The MOAA Foundation, release an Annual Report in May, which highlights the past year’s accomplishments, thanks donors for their generous support, and encourages potential donors to support the charities’ important work. The report is also published in the May edition of Military Officer magazine.

"

We want to honor my parents, thank them for their sacrifices made for us, and make it more affordable for other young people to continue their educations. My parents were humble people. They would be happy to know that their friends, family, and loved ones remembered them fondly and valued the importance of education.’
