Human Performance in Practice: Insights From the Army's H2F System

continuing-the-conversation-webinar-image-bug.pngThis TotalForce+ signature session, part of our Solutions in Practice series, brings together military leaders and industry experts who help design, staff, and sustain readiness and health programs. Our panelists will look closely at Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F), the Army’s official readiness system designed to optimize soldier performance and prevent injuries.

A discussion moderated by human performance consultant Lt. Col. Nick Barringer, Ph.D., USA (Ret), will cover the program’s origin in the Special Operations Forces community, how it informs and supports force readiness, the challenges it faces, the support that enables its success ... and what’s on the horizon.

Panelists will include:

  • Command Sgt. Maj. Alexander Kupratty, Command Sergeant Major of Army Transformation and Training Command
  • Tyler Christiansen, CSCS,D, TSAC-F,D, RSCCE, Senior Operations Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology
  • Jonathan Flinn, H2F Program Director, 199th Infantry Brigade

The hourlong discussion will be followed by an audience question-and-answer segment. The event will be hosted live and recorded for later viewing.
