Oudrey Hervey is a retired Navy commander and accomplished executive with more than 25 years of executive management, coaching, and organizational development. His work has taken him around the world, consulting with leaders in Africa and the Pacific, while providing training in human resources, maritime safety, and emergency preparedness. Across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, his leadership has helped reduce poverty, house veterans, and improve maritime safety. 
 
Hervey holds degrees from Southern University, DePaul University, the U.S. Naval War College, and Fielding Graduate University, where he is pursuing a Ph.D.
