Carl Richards started recruiting on behalf of Synchrony in 2017 and has been a recruiter for more than 20 years. He served 12 years in the Air Force and the Pennsylvania Air and Army National Guard, giving him deep insight into the challenges veterans face when transitioning into civilian careers. With this experience, Carl brings empathy and expertise to every interaction, working to ensure veterans and their supporters have a positive and empowering experience at Synchrony while helping them find roles that align with their skills and career goals.
