Virginia Davis

Virginia Davis has contributed her expertise at Synchrony for nearly a decade. In her current role, Virginia leads employee engagement initiatives and helps to support Synchrony’s partnership with Great Place to Work. Additionally, she leads the Veterans and Military Spouse Leadership programming for Synchrony and is very engaged with Synchrony’s employee resource groups, serving as Global Career Pillar Leader for the Veteran’s Network.

 

Prior to this, Virginia served as Vice President of Employee Experience, where she was responsible for designing and managing onboarding and offboarding programs, as well as leading the company’s hybrid workplace strategy. Earlier in her career at Synchrony, she held roles as a Human Resources Business Partner and HR Specialist, giving her a well-rounded perspective across the HR function.

 

Before joining Synchrony, Virginia held various HR roles across different organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University and a master's in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina, where she remains actively involved with her alma mater as a member of the Young Alumni Board.

 

Outside of work, Virginia is a proud military spouse and mother of two young children. She enjoys spending time with her family and dog and is an active member of her local gym community.
