Loan Repayment
ZuntaFi is the official Loan Servicer for the MOAA Scholarship Fund
ZuntaFi performs all servicing activities for loan and is primary contact for repayment information. Servicing includes establishing recurring payments, processing deferral requests, address and other contact updates, changes to banking information, etc.
To create a ZuntaFi account to make a payment, check current loan balance, and other loan related inquires, students can visit www.zuntafi.com or call them at 800-592-1270.
This transfer does not affect the terms and conditions of loan(s). Your rights and responsibilities, as defined in your original Application/Promissory Note, will remain the same. The application and renewal processes will remain with the MOAA Education Assistance Program (charities.moaa.org/sfloans).
Payment Information for Existing Students
Starting December 1, 2022, payments must be sent directly to ZuntaFi. Any payments made to the MOAA Scholarship Fund after this date will be refunded. If you are using a bill pay service through your bank or other provider, please update the payee and payment address, along with your new ZuntaFi account number.
If you were making payments via automatic withdrawal (ACH) directly from your checking or savings account, this service will continue. If you were making recurring payments via a debit or credit card, this service was cancelled, and you will need to complete a new authorization for automatic withdrawal via ACH with ZuntaFi or you may make individual debit card payments online. After you register and create a username at zuntafi.com, simply select My Account > Payment Options and follow the prompts to complete your authorization.
