ZuntaFi performs all servicing activities for loan and is primary contact for repayment information. Servicing includes establishing recurring payments, processing deferral requests, address and other contact updates, changes to banking information, etc.

To create a ZuntaFi account please visit www.zuntafi.com or call 800-592-1270. You can use your account to make payments, check your current loan balance, and other loan-related inquiries.

This transfer does not affect the terms and conditions of loan(s). Your rights and responsibilities, as defined in your original Financial Aid Agreement/Promissory Note, will remain the same. The application and renewal processes will remain with the MOAA Education Assistance Program.

For full details about the terms of your loan and your responsibilities as a borrower or co-signer, please refer to your original Financial Aid Agreement/Promissory Note.

If you have made loan repayments before December 2022, please note that as of December 1, 2022, all payments should be sent directly to ZuntaFi (NMLS ID# 1359207).

Any payments sent to the MOAA Scholarship Fund after that date will be refunded.

If you are using a bill pay service through your bank or another provider, be sure to update the payee information, payment address, and include your new ZuntaFi account number to ensure payments are properly applied. After you register and create a username at zuntafi.com, simply select My Account > Payment Options and follow the prompts to complete your authorization.
